Inside: The Collection is Kenia Stone’s most intimate and emotionally honest project to date.
Across thirteen songs, the album explores the thoughts and feelings we often keep hidden: the fear of falling, the need to be understood, the pain of losing someone, the comfort of human connection and the strength that can emerge from our most vulnerable moments.
Rather than presenting a single story, Inside: The Collection brings together different emotional experiences. Each song opens a new space within the same inner world. Some tracks are quiet and reflective, while others are intense, raw or hopeful.
Together, they form a journey from vulnerability to acceptance.
THE STORY BEHIND INSIDE
The title Inside represents everything that exists beneath the surface.
It is about the words we struggle to say, the memories that stay with us and the emotions that continue to shape our lives even when nobody else can see them.
Throughout the album, Kenia moves through love, fear, grief, personal growth and emotional responsibility. The songs do not try to provide easy answers. Instead, they create a space where difficult feelings can exist without being judged or immediately repaired.
At its heart, Inside: The Collection is about learning to face what is happening within us.
It is also about understanding that vulnerability is not weakness. Sometimes, admitting that we are afraid, tired or hurt is the first step towards becoming stronger.

A JOURNEY FROM VULNERABILITY TO STRENGTH
The album begins by looking inward.
The opening songs introduce a world of intimacy, emotional distance and the need to feel close to another person. As the collection develops, the stories become more personal, confronting fear, memory, change and the possibility of losing control.
Towards the end of the album, the focus begins to shift.
The final songs are not about forgetting pain. They are about learning how to live with it, how to support others without trying to fix them and how to take responsibility for the next step.
The closing track, It Starts With Me, completes that journey. It leaves the listener with a simple but important idea: change does not always begin with the world around us. Sometimes, it begins within.

INSIDE
The opening track introduces the emotional world of the album. It is an invitation to move beyond appearances and discover what is hidden beneath the surface.
HOLD ME CLOSE
A warm and intimate song about human connection. It captures the moment when another person’s presence becomes more important than finding the perfect words.
FIRE
A song driven by intensity, desire and emotional tension. Fire reveals a more powerful side of Kenia while remaining connected to the vulnerability of the album.
I DON’T WANT TO FALL
One of the collection’s most exposed moments. The song explores the fear of losing strength and the exhaustion of trying to remain standing when everything feels uncertain.
I WON’T LET YOU HURT ALONE
A promise of companionship without judgement. The song is not about rescuing or repairing someone, but about staying beside them when they are hurting.
IT STARTS WITH ME
The final chapter of the album. A song about responsibility, acceptance and the decision to begin changing from within.
THE SOUND OF THE COLLECTION
The sound of Inside: The Collection is warm, organic and emotionally direct.
Piano, Rhodes, deep bass, restrained guitars and subtle percussion create an intimate space around Kenia’s low, textured voice. The arrangements avoid unnecessary excess, allowing the lyrics and vocal performance to remain at the centre of every song.
Breaths, imperfections and moments of silence are part of the experience.
The production does not attempt to hide vulnerability. It allows it to be heard.
The result is a collection influenced by soul, blues, jazz, rock and contemporary R&B, while maintaining a personal identity throughout the entire album.
